D'Ambrah helped me get the condo of my dreams. She helped me find a condo that met my needs and more. She provided me with excellent advice as to what to expect at closing. She connected me to a homeowner inspector who was outstanding and knowledgeable. She provided me with useful tips I could use to facilitate my move to Myrtle Beach, SC. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and extremely helpful. She's a gem!

D'Ambrah was unbelievably helpful and totally took care of me from start to finish. I am out of state so she took visits to the property, sent me pictures, and was very well versed in teaching me the nuances of purchasing property in South Carolina. I was impressed with how responsive she was to emails and phone calls. Thank you!

We met D'Ambrah a few years ago and when we come to Myrtle Beach, we contact her to show us houses. This past April we met with her and she showed us a house I had seen on Zillow, we really liked the house and now are the proud owners. D'Ambrah is very nice, kept us informed on how to buy a house long distance, {we live in Pittsburgh PA}She is very knowledgeable , knows the area and we felt was very honest.we like D a lot and hope we can keep in touch for a long time
